Passenger details needed for the service you choose, such as the number of guests, children's ages, pick-up point, and notes on diet or health.

Card payments are processed by the OnePay payment gateway. SapaPass does not ask for or store your card number or CVV.

Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, used to run and protect the website.

2. How We Use It

To check availability, confirm your booking and send you a confirmation email.

To pass the necessary details to the operator delivering your service.

To tell you when a departure or tour schedule changes.

To handle cancellations, refunds and questions sent to our support team.

To fix problems and improve the website.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the provider delivering your service, such as the bus or train operator, tour organiser, homestay or guide, and only what they need to serve you (passenger list, lead booker's name, contact phone number). We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information when a competent authority requires it by law.

4. Security

The website uses HTTPS. Booking details are accessible only to team members who need them to process your order. No system is completely secure, so please never send card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email or message.

5. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. For completed bookings we may need to keep some records where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
