The Heritage Twin (11m²), Heritage Queen (12m²), and Presidential Suite (20m²) feature private en-suite bathrooms with standing showers (the Presidential Suite also includes a wooden bathtub with Red Dao herbal bath). Indigo 4-Berth and Boutique Queen cabins use luxury shared restrooms at the end of the carriage.
The lounge is located at the main Hanoi Railway Station (120 Le Duan Street, Hoan Kiem) and right across from Lao Cai Station, opening at 8:30 PM for check-in and complimentary refreshments.
