Cancellation terms differ by service, so they are shown on each tour, bus and train page and in your confirmation email. This page sets out the general rules.
1. Terms for Each Service
Before you book, check the "Cancellation policy" section on the service page. The specific terms are also stated in your confirmation email; if the two differ, the terms in the confirmation email apply.
2. General Rules
Orders not yet confirmed and not yet paid: you can cancel at any time at no charge.
Provider cancels or reschedules: you receive a full refund for that service, or can switch to another departure, as you prefer.
Not showing up on time without cancelling: you may not be refunded, depending on the service's terms.
Train tickets: the transport operator's rules apply. Cancellation fees can be higher during public holidays and Tet.
3. How to Cancel and Get Your Refund
Email [email protected] with your booking reference. The cancellation time is counted from when we receive your email.
Any refund is returned to the card you paid with. How soon the money arrives depends on your card issuer.
