SapaPass currently confirms each booking first and only then sends payment instructions by email. When you submit a booking request on the website, you are not charged.
1. How It Works
1. You choose a service, date and number of guests, and send the request.
2. The SapaPass team checks availability with the provider.
3. If there is space, you receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and a payment deadline.
4. The email also explains how you will receive your ticket or voucher after paying.
2. Payment Options
Payment is made online by Visa, Mastercard or JCB card through the OnePay payment gateway. SapaPass does not accept other payment methods.
3. Currency
Prices on the website are shown in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your issuing bank may convert the amount and add a foreign-exchange fee; that is set by the bank, not by SapaPass.
